The attorneys listed have agreed to participate in the program. Be prepared to show your AEA/NEA membership card to receive two free consultation sessions of up to 30 minutes in any core area except income tax matters, during each program (January-December) year. If you decide to use the services of a participating attorney, the attorney's regular fees will be discounted 30 percent if the matter falls within one of five "core" areas. Call the attorney's office to arrange for the first appointment. Questions or problems regarding this program should be directed to your UniServ Director or AEA Legal Services. (Note: The 30 percent discount does not apply to business dealings, bankruptcies, IRS tax matters, and criminal violations, except traffic violations in which financial liability exceeds $500.)
