Not receiving Update in your Inbox? Can’t see any images?
To ensure that you receive your UPdate in your Inbox, you should "whitelist" the UPdate email address — meaning it should be marked as "safe" in your email client or should be added to your contacts. Email clients also try to protect you from "Spam" or "Junk" mail by blocking images.
Since each email client is different, below are the most common email clients with step-by-step instructions on how to "whitelist" the UPdate email address and how set the email client to always display images.
Email/Browser Configurations
AEA and NEA recommends the following email clients:
- Gmail
- Yahoo
- AOL (6.0+)
- Mac Mail
- Hotmail
- Outlook 2003
All UPdate email clients are supported in the following web browsers. To update your browser, follow its corresponding link below:
Internet Explorer 6.0+ (Windows)
Firefox/Mozilla 2.0+ (Windows and Mac)
Safari 3.0+ (Mac)
Other browsers may rendering the Update email to some degree.
PDA Devices:
Our mailings are sent out using multi-part MIME. How certain PDAs render the emails depends on the device itself, the service provider, and the email client on the device. If you are having trouble viewing our UPdate on your PDA, please click the " To view as html" message at the top of the message. This may help you view the message in a standardized format.
